• Determine one skill you can practice throughout this class to put the principles into practice.
• Write down a time you failed to learn a skill and ask which step in the process you could have improved.

Cohort

Discuss with your cohort what skills would have the most impact on your quality of life if you were to spend 20% effort to gain 80% of the basics. Analyze what has prevented you from acquiring these skills.
