Reading Material

Lectures

Homework

  • Material is more important than method. To help you in the future find the best material to study from start by making a list of at least 3 criteria you can use to judge the quality of a source or material before you invest time into a methodology
  • For the skill you are trying to learn, choose a single thing you can focus on and try to determine your “Minimum Effective Dose” for practice. Remember smaller daily goals is more likely to lead to consistency

Cohort

Choose a skill that someone in your cohort has been having trouble trying to select the right material to study for. Everyone in the cohort take 5 minutes in silence to write down some possible methods for creating a minimum effective dose of studying and what material might be worth focusing on first. Go around the cohort and repeat until everyone has at least 1 skill to start practicing and a plan for their MED

Optional

Watch this video and pick the next 3 habit/skill you want to master The Habit Tier List - 32 Habits (Which one should you build next?)
