Reading Material



  • Determine 3 of qualities you want in a friend group
  • During your daily routine, offer 3 sincere compliments to strangers. If you are unable to go outside then think about your digital routine and offer 3 compliments to people who are creators online that you admire or just people in your digital social network. (a sincere compliment is one that addresses something that the person had agency over)


Discuss with your cohort the friendships you've had. What makes someone a good friend in your experience? What makes someone a bad friend?


Ask an old friend in the area to hang out again and then to possibly invite you to more group functions with their friends.
